Switching to Focus Pharmacy is easy. Our team will help you transfer your prescriptions from another pharmacy and get set up with our refill process.

How to Transfer

1. Call us at 302-471-3046 with your current pharmacy name and prescription numbers.
2. Bring your insurance card and a photo ID.
3. We'll contact your previous pharmacy and handle the transfer for you.
4. Pick up your prescriptions at Focus Pharmacy — 117 E. Glenwood Ave, Smyrna, DE 19977.

Refills

Once your prescriptions are transferred, you can request refills by phone. Ask about medication synchronization to align all your refills to a single pickup date.
